Shipping Information
New Zealand Orders
We ship by NZ Post within New Zealand. Delivery takes approximately 2-5 working days. Please see below for shipping costs within New Zealand.
International Orders
For International orders we ship using International Air Post. Delivery times for international orders vary from 5 days to 4 weeks depending on the destination selected. Please also note delivery times are targets only. Dutiable items and items retained by Customs may take longer. International shipping charges vary by destination (see below for international shipping costs). If you choose the option we will email the shipping charges to you for your acceptance before we ship your order).
Customs Requirements
We are required to attach customs documentation to all international packages including a description of the goods and stating their cost. Customs or import duties may be levied once the package reaches your country. These additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you.
