About the Gallery

Faultline Gallery has been operating since 1996 in a building around 100 years old. It was a butcher shop in the early 1900s and has had many uses since that time. It has a large crack in the concrete floor which happened when the concrete was first put down. In those days there was no reinforcing so the gallery inherited this unusual concrete floor. The Faultline has a large variety of goods mainly New Zealand made with some goods imported.
